How can mobile health apps improve self-management of Type 2 Diabetes

This research project aims to understand how existing and future features of mobile health apps can address unmet needs of people in relation to self-management of their Type 2 Diabetes. By understanding how people can use mobile health apps to improve self-management of their Type 2 Diabetes, this project aims to inform the advancement of self-management of Type 2 Diabetes through using mobile health apps.

Mobile health apps refer to mobile apps you may use on a smart device such as your mobile phone or tablet to support self-management of your Type 2 Diabetes.

This online survey will take approximately 30 minutes of your time to complete. Your participation in this online survey and research project is entirely voluntary. If you do not wish to take part in this online survey, you are not obliged to.

If you decide to take part in this online survey and later change your mind, you are free to withdraw from this research project at any stage prior to completing and submitting this online survey.

However you will be unable to withdraw data collected about yourself after completion and submission of this online survey because this is an anonymous online survey and no participant can be identified and no subsequent data analysis of the online survey will identify any individual survey participant.

Your decision on whether you take part in this online survey and this research project  will in no way impact on your current or future relationship with the University of Southern Queensland.
