Supporting Students Mental Health and Wellbeing at the University of Southern Queensland (UniSQ)

This questionnaire is being undertaken to guide the development of a framework for best supporting UniSQ student's mental health and wellbeing.

This questionnaire is an opportunity for you to help to shape the University's approach to supporting student wellbeing and mental health.

When considering your responses, remember we are seeking your personal views and reflections - there are no right or wrong answers. This is a collaborative process to help ensure the final framework accurately reflects the needs of our students.

Your participation will involve completion of an online questionnaire that will take approximately 20 minutes of your time.

All comments and responses will be anonymous.

Your participation in this questionnaire is entirely voluntary. If you do not wish to take part, you are not obliged to. Your decision whether you take part, do not take part, will in no way impact your current or future relationship with the University of Southern Queensland.

If you have further questions about the questionnaire, please contact: Kathy Prentice (Manager - Wellbeing)
