Welcome to the workshop survey for the project: Leading transformational education towards achieving meaningful graduate employability and career-readiness experiences (GRACES) in the contemporary research-intensive university
By completing this survey, you agree that you have read the information provided and any questions you have asked have been answered to your satisfaction. You agree to participate in this research project, realising that you may withdraw at any time without reason and without prejudice.
You understand that all identifiable information that you provide is treated as confidential and will not be released by the investigator in any form that may identify you unless you have consented to this. The only exceptions to this principle of confidentiality is if this information is required by law to be released.
You agree to the completed questionnaire and any other workshop responses being analysed for the research.
Approval to conduct this research has been provided by the University of Western Australia and the University of Southern Queensland, in accordance with its ethics review and approval procedures. Any person considering participation in this research project, or agreeing to participate, may raise any questions or issues with the researchers at any time.
